FAQ

1. How do I book?
The preferred method is by telephoning us, alternatively you can email. Our contact information can be found here. We aim to respond to all enquiries the same day.

2. What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries, (please contact us for delivery rates). You will also receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety crash mats, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.

3. How long do I get the equipment for?
We will deliver and set up your castle between 8am and 12 noon we will then collect between 5 and 7pm.

4. Do you hire overnight?
Sorry, we don't hire overnight. Insurance will not cover us for overnight hires.

5. How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, we do not accept credit card payments and cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date.

6. What if it rains?
Most castles have built in shower covers.  However, if the rain is heavy and persistant, for safety reasons we will advise you not to go ahead with the booking.

7. What is the best surface for castles?
The best surface is a flat grass area, if you are uncertain please telephone us.

8. How much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 1 foot either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

9. Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire. We also supply terms and conditions of hire which need to be signed by the hirer on delivery.

10. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
Yes all our castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 11.

11. Do you hire out castles for parties indoors?
Our castles are very popular for indoor hires especially over winter. The indoor venue will need to be a minimum 12ft high and have mains power electric. We secure the indoor castles using anchor points and sandbags.
